LITTLE CUTEES SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we are not able to offer expedited shipping, but we hope to very soon!

It generally takes 5-7 days for each shirt to be made. After that, shipping can take an additional:

3-5 business days within the US

5-10 business days to Canada

10-20 business days internationally.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country, and your order amount. Little Cutees is not responsible for any customs fees charged. These will be the responsibility of the client, if they are charged.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges
We want your shirt to be loved and adored!  If for some reason it isn't, please contact us immediately at info@littlecutees.com. We will be in touch within 24 hours. You must contact us before you return any items and let us know what you are sending back and why. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given.

Please note this is not a money back guarantee product.


Since we print every shirt when ordered, we are UNABLE to accept returns or sizing exchanges. Please check the sizing chart before selecting a size, and if in doubt, order a larger size; kids inevitably grow! If for some reason is a defective shirt, it will be exchanged for the SAME type of product in the SAME size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept washed shirts or shirts with stinky armpits; it must be in the same condition you received it in. If a washed or smelly shirt is sent back (returned) to Little Cutees, it will be refused and sent back to you.

You will need to include your name, email address, order number and whether you would prefer an exchange, refund or credit for future purchases.

All items returned to Little Cutees for a refund are done so at the buyer's expense. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping/handling fees (even if you earned free shipping we will have to deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund), and PayPal/Shopify fees.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before contacting us at info@littlecutees.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@littlecutees.com and send your item to: 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
