Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Norway, Denmark, Thailand, you name it! We ship via USPS.
When will I receive my order? Each item is made to order. Most items are ready for shipping within 3-7 business days.
Shipping can take an additional:
3-5 business days within the US
5-10 business days to Canada
*10-20 business days internationally, depending upon location.
*****customs and duty may be charged and is the responsibility of the buyer. Should you deny any charges, your order will be considered abandoned, and will not be refunded or replaced.
Yes. All of our shirts are proudly made by American Apparel or Bella Canvas in Los Angeles, California. We only offer garments that are sweatshop free, and are thrilled to support another company with strong environmental and corporate responsibility initiatives.
Are the inks used eco-friendly?Yes. Our apparel is proudly created with the latest in garment printing technology and our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks which are needed when printing on children's wear 12 and below.
Are your shipping products eco-friendly?Yes. All of our shipping products are either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable.
What are the care instructions?
Machine wash. Delicate cycle, cold water, and inside out if you want to prolong the life of your shirt. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low.
Do you offer exchanges/refunds?
Yes. Please email us at info@littlecutees.com should you wish to exchange your items; exchanges can only be made for the same shirt in the same size. Please be certain to measure the size before ordering as each shirt is made to order. We are unable to give refunds on orders where incorrect addresses have been given.
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase. We will try to cancel your order before your items have been created, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, as well as PayPal Express. It is safe and secure. You do not need a PayPal account, simply a valid credit card.
